Offutt Dining Facilities BEST in ACC
Offutt Air Force Base’s two military dining facilities--the Ronald L. King Dining Facility and the Campisi Alert Dining Facility--have beat Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, for the best in Air Combat Command (ACC) Food Excellence Award. Evaluators were on base November 1-3 inspecting the food services contract where 32 people served by BH Services and 10 staff are employed. Offutt is now in the running to win the Air Force-level competition for the Hennessy Award. The Hennessy was established in 1956 to determine the best in the Air Force Food Service Program. It is the highest honor in the program and is based on all aspects of food service operations.
