BH Services, Rapid City, SD was formed in 1996 to oversee Black Hills Workshop’s federal contracts. BH Services provides employment to more than 100 people with disabilities in the Rapid City area. Another 64 are employed by our contracts at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. All of these contracts are provided under the AbilityOne program which makes it possible for people with severe disabilities to be employed on federal contracts. Work opportunities are available in custodial, commissary, food services, supply store, and switchboard.

 

The Black Hills Workshop in Rapid City, SD is dedicated to supporting comprehensive, quality services for people with disabilities. Community Transitions, located in Rapid City, SD is a specialized program created in 1988 to meet the multiple needs of individuals who have survived a head trauma.
