People First

Individuals served by Black Hills Workshop in Rapid City, SD have the opportunity to learn to speak up for themselves in our People First Group. People First is a national organization which gives people with disabilities an opportunity to advocate for themselves on issues affecting their lives and teaches them to speak out.
