| Job #01061 - Computer Programmer Analyst Description: Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proven analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities; Design and write program applications; Has a good knowledge of relational database concepts and business accounting. Works closely with Information Systems Manager to review, assess, research, plan, propose and implement new technologies/hardware/software for on-going and future agency systems. Location: RSC Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming is preferred, plus a minimum of two years programming, analysis and design experience. An Associate Degree or a background of extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The candidate should posses these qualifications, abilities & experience: Program development using Computer Associates 4G/L system - Advantage 2E on an IBM iSeries/400, RPG or COBOL; IBM iSeries/400 Operations and Administration skills; Lotus Notes Designer skills would also be beneficial. Salary: DOE Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM.
